RNKVogue sells Korean-style imitation jewellery, including necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, and rings. All product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
2. Account Registration
- You may register and log in using the methods available on the website (including mobile number and OTP verification when enabled).
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
- You must provide accurate delivery and contact details at the time of order.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity — in such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be issued.
- Order confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email once placed.
4. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) when online checkout is enabled.
- For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
- For online payments, transactions are processed securely through Razorpay; RNKVogue does not store your card or banking details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive COD orders.
6. Returns & Replacements
Please read our policy carefully before ordering. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
- No returns for change of mind, size, or style preference.
- Replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a clear unboxing video as proof.
- Refund only if a replacement is not available in stock.
To raise a claim, email orders@rnkvogue.com with your order number and unboxing video.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding (“RNKVogue”) — is the property of RNKVogue and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
RNKVogue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays caused by courier partners or payment gateways beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
